Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14‑day right of withdrawal. Please return the product unused and in its original packaging to our returns address. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective.

Can I cancel an order?
As long as the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at no cost. To do so, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Yes, you can add gift wrapping for a small extra charge during the ordering process.

What happens if an item in my order is defective?
Please send us photos of the defective item along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a refund immediately.
