Well-balanced and durable! The WoodRiver® Stainless Steel Big Block Cheese Plane Turning Kit is constructed from 304 food-grade stainless steel. Attach the handle you turn by using a M6 threaded insert; handle can easily be removed from the plane for easy cleaning. The wide cutting mouth of the plane allows you to cut blocks of cheese up to 2-1/2″ wide. This big block cheese plane is the perfect tool for cutting evenly sliced pieces of semi-hard or hard cheese. Create the perfect slice for grilled cheese sandwiches, cheeseburgers and much more.
