The rough leather surface is used in conjunction with Flexcut Gold Polishing Compound to remove hardened steel. Turn the paddle over to the smooth leather surface for a high sheen, razor-sharp finish. Includes a 1 ounce bar of Flexcut Gold Polishing Compound; when you need more, we have it. This will definitely keep your blades at peak performance.
