This pfeil Brass 700g (1.54 pounds) Carving Mallet is designed to provide the detail carver with a precise, controllable impact without rebound on a carving tool, while being easy on the wrist and elbow. This is a well-balanced mallet that is not for striking or making bug cuts but rather for lightly tapping when making very controlled detailing cuts.
